Roland Emmerich is at it again with his new film 2012 set to hit theaters this November. Emmerich apparently loves to destroy the world in his movies and after the recent 4th of July holiday made me think about some of his previous films such as: Independence Day and The Day After Tomorrow. This film of course has to do with the end of the Mayan calendar which is actually going to happen in 2012, so this movies is based upon an interesting concept. People who actually believe the world will end in 2012 will probably not see this movie, but I think it looks like a fun ride based on the recent trailers. John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Woody Harelson, Danny Glover and others are going to be starring in the upcoming disaster movie. So till then, I leave you with the trailer.
